Automotion Parking Systems is proud to announce
the opening of its third automated parking facility in the Fall of 2010. Located
at 148 E. 24th St. in New York City, the 61 space fully-automated
facility will service owners of the 55 luxury condominiums as well as transient traffic
in the area. Originally a stand alone conventional parking facility, the lot was bought
by American Development Group LLC and Langsam Property Services Corporation and will be developed into a luxury
14-story condominium with automated parking space for 61 vehicles both above and below
grade. While the parking portion of the facility is expected to open within the next 60
days, the residential portion is scheduled to open in winter 2011.

After opening its doors to the public in March 2007, this structure has become the premier
place to park in lower Manhattan. Whether for residents living at the condos rising at
123 Baxter St., local shop owners or patrons visiting the SOHO area,
Automotion's system has parked over 60,000 vehicles in three years of operation. The Baxter
Street facility prides itself on professionalism, efficiency and reliability making it the
most successful automated parking garage in the United States.

This 55-vehicle structure built to support the adjacent condominiums and nearby Wyckoff
Heights Medical Center is utilized by condominium residents, medical staff and visitors
to the center. Unlike its predecessor in Manhattan, the Brooklyn installation is completely
open to the outside elements with six levels of vehicle storage. Automotion's
Brooklyn facility has proven to be one of the most economical and efficient places in the
neighborhood to park vehicles.
