Automotion Parking Systems is constructing the largest automated garage in the five boroughs at 275 Seabreeze Ave. This 132 car facility will part of a mixed use development consisting of luxury condominiums, retail and medical office space. The garage will service both residents and visitors to the building. Residents of the building will have their own separate entrance to the garage with direct access from the building. This system is being designed modularly so that if the need arises the garage can be expanded to accommodate neighborhood growth.
